Engraved products require a processing time of 3-5 business days before shipping. Various shipping options are available at checkout, with rates calculated based on destination, weight, and method. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and your location, and processing times are separate from shipping times. International shipping is available, but customers are responsible for any customs fees. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance. Lastly, ensure your shipping address is correct, as we are not liable for undeliverable packages.

Terms of Service

By purchasing our engraved products, you accept these Terms of Service. We strive for accurate product descriptions, but variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our items. It's your responsibility to provide accurate engraving information, as we are not liable for errors. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, and shipping times may vary. All sales are final due to the personalized nature of our products, and please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for details on damaged items. Lastly, all designs and content are our intellectual property and cannot be used without permission.

Returns and Refunds

Our hand engraved products are final sale due to their personalized nature. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering. Shipping costs are non-refundable, but we cover shipping for replacements. Product Care Information

Our drinkware products are not dishwasher safe.
Any products that have our gold/ silver buffed into designs must be hand washed with care as this can fade over time.
